Our May Wellness Workshop is: Trusting your Intuition | Choreography & Improvisation, and it's happening Wednesday, May 1st! Do you freeze in fear when asked to improvise, or do you want to choreograph but don’t quite know how to begin a composition? Or perhaps you’re seasoned in both but feeling a bit stuck in a rut or out of ideas. This workshop addresses all of these issues, and provides you with tools to jump-start the creative process and push past the frustrating “writer’s block” that we all experience when it comes to improvisation and composition. Class of 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣ Senior Spotlight: CHARLOTTE 🌻 Charlotte has been dancing at PSOD for 13 years and her favorite genre of dance is Ballet! 🩰 Charlotte’s favorite color is periwinkle and her favorite artist is Taylor Swift! 🦋 An intersting fact we might not know about Charlotte is that when she was younger she would always take her glasses off before going on stage so she wouldn’t have to see the audience 🤓 In Charlotte’s free time she enjoys baking 🍰and reading 📖. She also cheered for EPHS! 🥳 Charlotte, watching you grow over the past 13 years has been amazing. We are so proud of you! We can’t wait to see what the future has in store.
