PSOD Winter Storm Update | PA Spotlight & PA Showcase 2023
Hello PSOD Families!
Hopefully you are dancing or at least making snow angels in the MN snow we are receiving! All regularly scheduled classes and dress rehearsals are cancelled for Wednesday & Thursday (2/22 and 2/23) due to the inclement weather. PSOD will resume our regularly scheduled classes on Friday, February 24th. Thank you for your patience as we pivot and work to update our dress rehearsals for our PA Spotlight & PA Showcase performances!
PA Virtual Ballet Class Offering with Miss Michelle Thursday (2/23)!
Please join Miss Michelle for a virtual ballet class on Thursday to keep preparing your body and muscles to take the stage! This optional class will be available via Zoom Thursday, February 23rd.

PA Spotlight Updated Rehearsal & Show Schedule (2/24)
All dress rehearsals originally scheduled for Wednesday, February 23rd, have been moved to before the show on Friday, February 24th. Please look at the schedule below for your specific call time.
4:10pm | PA Small Group 1, 2 & 5 and PA Ballet Ensemble Call Time
5:00pm | Pre-PA Dancer Call Time
5:30pm | Brothers & Sisters, Int. Adult Tap and Dads & Daughters "Goose Cast" Call Time
5:45pm | PA Dancer Call Time
All dancers should arrive at EPHS PAC in their warm ups with their hair and make up done. Please bring all of your costumes, costume/hair pieces, shoes and a water bottle. Once arriving at EPHS PAC, please sign in and head to your designated dressing room. We will complete our final dress rehearsals on stage and provide a short class before opening the auditorium doors for our eager guests! The PA Spotlight show will last approximately 90min.
PA Showcase Rehearsal, PA Saturday Ballet Technique & Show Schedule (2/25)
All PA dress rehearsals originally scheduled for Thursday (2/23) have been rescheduled to Saturday morning, February 25th. Dancers not called for PA Saturday dress rehearsal will attend their regular Saturday Ballet Technique classes. Dancers attending dress rehearsal should arrive to EPHS PAC with their hair and make-up done with their costumes, shoes and a water bottle. (Please note, dancers attending dress rehearsals that conflict with their Saturday technique classes will be excused and not marked absent on their attendance record!) Please see below for your dancers schedule and call time.
ALL Saturday PA Technique Classes will be held at PLC location on 2/25 (11000 Blossom Rd, Eden Prairie MN 55347)
8:45-9:30am | PA PBT/PA Power Up
9:30-11:00am | PA Adv. Ballet Technique
11:00-11:45am |PA Adv. Pointe
11:45-1:15pm | PA Adv. Beg. & Beg. Ballet Technique
1:15-2:00pm | PA Beg. Pointe & Pre-Pointe
Dress Rehearsals at EPHS PAC:
9:00-12:00pm | PA Levels 1 & 2
9:00-12:30pm | PA Levels 5 & 6 and PA Int. Pointe
12:00-12:45pm | PA Minis
Saturday evening, dancers will be called similar to their previously announced call times. Dancers should arrive in their PA Warm Ups (skin toned leotard as their base, PA Tank, PA joggers & PA jacket), with their costumes, shoes and a water bottle. Please refer to the schedule below.
PA Showcase Call Times (2/25):
4:30pm | PA Levels 1-8, PA Minis & Dads & Daughters "Maverick" Cast
5:45pm | EPHS PAC Auditorium Doors Open
6:00pm | PA Showcase Show Starts
Dancers will receive a short class before we put our finishing touches on the show before it's show time! The PA Showcase will last approximately 90min. Concessions, merchandise and flowers will be available in the PAC lobby before and after the performance.
Tickets are still available for purchase for both the PA Spotlight & PA Showcase via our website.
