Adult Fitness is a great 60 minute workout incorporating free weights, resistance-bands, barre and mat work. Your core will get a fabulous workout while you also improve your balance and flexibility. All levels of fitness are welcome and exercises may be tailored to accommodate individual needs. Please bring a water bottle to class.
What do we wear?
Please feel free to wear what allows you to move most comfortably; most participants wear a tank and capris, shorts, or athletic pants. Please wear running/cross training shoes to class.
